TGIF!

This week has sucked! I'm sure all you momma's out there have had weeks like it. Our little munckin has been sick since Monday, cough and congested. :( Then on top of that I'm pretty sure she's teething. She's 4 months old today though! She's growing up so fast :( It's true what people say, it FLYS by. I had to go out yesterday to run some errands, and had to take our LO with me, since my husband works away all week. She was already cranky and I didn't get to really do any of my running around, except to get groceries ( which resulted in my mom sitting in the vehicle with my LO so she could nap and feed ) She did not want to be out yesterday at all. I don't blame her, she's just getting over a cold, but it just made it so much harder to get stuff that we need, like food lol. So far this morning she's been in a much better mood.... it's only 8:45am though. Here's to hoping she feels better. She's currently napping in her bouncy chair. She loves that darn thing and so do I. Even on her crankiest days it seems to make her happy..... Maybe I should have taken it with me to town yesterday.
I'm dreading this month. She's 4 months so I know the doctor will be calling to see if I want to book her appointment for her 4 month immunizations.... My husband and I are on the fence about this. Last time she got her first ones, the doctor practically stabbed her second leg... I was NOT impressed. I'm a Nursing student and up until that I've never seen many Dr's be that rough with a baby. My LO was fine for the first shot, the second one is when she freaked out. Maybe it's the mommy in me, but I just hated it and the fact that they won't book an appointment for it to be done on their Saturday clinic ( when my husband is home ) makes it that much harder. What did everyone else do, did you get your LO's immunizations at all the age markers suggested? Thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated. I hope everyone else has had a wonderful week and is looking forward to the weekend.
